Are you looking for Psychodynamic Therapy in Essex? You’ve found it.
My name is Paul, I offer Psychodynamic Therapy to adults from all backgrounds in Essex. I also work with people from the rest of the UK and across Europe using the Zoom platform.
My services are confidential, non-judgemental, relaxed and friendly. We can often start work within days or even sooner for online clients.
There are numerous reasons for accessing therapy privately. Maybe you are not willing to wait months for the NHS. Perhaps you are in the Military or Emergency Services and do not want your employer to be involved in your private business. Maybe you have accessed your employers EAP service and found it not to your liking.
I provide a professional, discrete service, online and at locations across Essex.
I can assist you with a wide variety of matters, including;
Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Substance Abuse, Bullying, Low Self-Esteem, Bereavement, Disciplinary Issues, Relationship Issues. In fact the list is almost endless.
Many people come to therapy because they feel that “something isn’t right.” I can help with that too.

In addition to working with adult clients from all backgrounds, I specialise in the Military and Emergency Services. My own career path led me through both of these, so if you are from one of these organisations you will find I speak your language and understand the nuances of your job.
